ExclusiveLauren Hamilton’s ‘Important’ Advice for Future ‘Love Is Blind’ Singles: ‘Authenticity Will Shine’
Lauren Speed-Hamilton found her forever love with husband Cameron Hamilton during Love Is Blind season 1. Now, the Netflix star exclusively tells Life & Style the advice she’d give to future contestants who are truly seeking a marriage in the pods.
“Just be yourself. It is so important. If you’re really looking for a forever partner, you don’t have to be a character,” Lauren, 37, explains. “You don’t have to do more than necessary. Just be yourself. Your authenticity will shine through and a person that’s meant to fall in love with you for who you are will find you and it’ll be amazing. That’s what worked for me.”
Lauren has been happily married to Cameron, 34, after tying the knot during the Love Is Blind finale in 2018, which later aired in 2020. The couple also had a second ceremony in 2023 when they renewed their vows in Las Vegas.
Beyond living her best wifey life, Lauren partnered with Kelley Blue Book and cohosts the limited podcast series, “Life In Drive,” which is now available to stream on Spotify.
“It’s basically in celebration of their Best Buy awards for this year, 2025, and at these awards, they celebrate the best of the best in the categories of vehicles by the top experts. So, this podcast is kind of echoing that sentiment,” Lauren says. “We’re bringing in the best experts from different categories, including mental health, my favorite because we all need that, travel, finances, and we’re just giving people tips and tricks on how to live their best life and I’m all about that. So, it’s really exciting to partner with Kelley Blue Book for this endeavor and meet all these great experts and help us live our best life in 2025.”

Lauren tells Life & Style that she hopes listeners can take away information from the life-changing conversations “to improve themselves,” especially after setting New Year’s resolutions.
“I feel like so many people think that you have to have these big, huge jumps at the top of the year. I have to completely stop doing this or these things,” Lauren admits, noting that those goals “can be kind of hard to reach.”
Lauren is no stranger to hosting a podcast as she and Cameron cohost “The Love Seat Podcast,” which premiered in October 2024. Though the couple didn’t join forces for the “Life In Drive” podcast, Cameron has championed his wife for her solo gig.
“You know what? Me and Cameron are always doing everything together. So, doing this without him, of course, sometimes it feels a little weird, but he’s so supportive,” Lauren gushes. “We’re supportive of each other doing our own endeavors, but he’s always on the sidelines, cheering me on, ‘Go baby, go.’”
Through her solo partnership, Lauren realized that it’s nice to have projects that don’t involve Cameron, so they can each have accomplishments of their own.
“I’m learning, in marriage, that it’s good to be together all the time, but it’s also good to break off and do your own thing sometimes and the other person will always support in our relationship,” Lauren admits. “So, it’s a good thing.”
