Maren Morris and Hubby Ryan Hurd Bond Over Singer’s Pregnancy Cravings: ‘This Is Fun!’
Couples who pig out together, stay together! Maren Morris and her husband, Ryan Hurd, have decided to tackle the singer’s pregnancy cravings together. “I mean, I crave the same crap that I ate before … just in bigger quantities,” Maren, who announced she’s expecting on October 22, told E! News at the 2019 CMAs.
“I want rich, carb-y foods,” the Album of the Year-winner, 29, said, adding, “mac and cheese … ice cream. Yeah, we’re gonna have Shake Shack tonight.” Of course, Ryan is all for it! “I enjoy this part of it,” he gushed. “This is fun for me!”
In between getting her munch on, Maren is actually quite dedicated to remaining healthy and fit throughout her pregnancy. Speaking exclusively with Life & Style, the country star’s trainer, Erin Opera, revealed exactly how Maren does just that!
The fitness guru explained that “The 4×4 Diet” consists of “clean and balanced eating” with a “few indulgences.” As for working out? Erin’s advice was sound!
“Once cleared, we continue making pretty muscles while getting in those steps,” Erin continued. “Everything you do now, will make things easier at birth and getting back in shape after. Plus your joints will feel better, too.”
While we’ve got a ways to go until we get to meet Maren and Ryan’s little one, the pair has already revealed the sex — a boy! — and due date. “Got another Aries in the mix. Uh oh,” the Texas native captioned a maternity photo on Instagram.
If you’re not big on zodiac signs, no worries! Aries season begins on March 21 and ends on April 19. With that, Maren and Ryan will likely be welcoming their son in spring 2020.
The sweetest part? Maren’s birthday is on April 10. A baby would certainly be the most special gift of all. In the meantime, keep snacking, you two!
