It’s the biggest show of the football season. The halftime performance during Super Bowl LIII was one for the books with Maroon 5 and Travis Scott. Although the show has been clouded in controversy, the artists did their best to dig deep for an unforgettable show at the Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

Maroon 5 opened the show with a few of their classic songs. Just when we were wondering when the “Butterfly Effect” rapper would be showing up, they made the most epic transition using Spongebob Squarepants. His appearance was short but sweet and the rapper made his exit by crowd surfing away from the stage. The whole thing ended with a surprise appearance from rapper Big Boi.

One of the biggest questions surrounding the performance was if Kylie Jenner was going to show up to support her man. Considering over 100 million people watch the big game, it’s a humongous performance for the “Sicko Mode” rapper.

Oddly enough, the Super Bowl is kind of a big deal for the couple since they announced the birth of their first daughter, Stormi Webster, during the game last year. The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star has always been super supportive of the artist and never misses a chance to gush about how proud she is. Fans were disappointed the duo didn’t use the opportunity to get engaged, but they love keeping us guessing.

“Only the people around you really know how hard you work,” she wrote alongside a photo after the rapper announced his first Astroworld Festival in Texas. “I love to watch you make all your dreams come true. Your first festival. We’re so proud of you. We love you.”

The makeup mogul has also been spotted all over the country with the “Butterfly Effect” artist during his tour. She even rode a rollercoaster around during his show at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Now, that’s love.

Travis has had a crazy year and it’s great to know he has Kylie’s support on and off the field!
