Uh oh — it looks like Miranda Lambert still won’t let Blake Shelton ride in her little red wagon! To commemorate a famous 1968 Elvis Presley TV special, the country music superstars both signed on to perform a tribute to the King, but it was the behind-the-scenes drama that left everyone all shook up.

For starters, the 50th Anniversary of the Elvis Comeback Special was filmed on the same stage where Blake shoots NBC’s The Voice on the Universal lot in LA. “To Miranda, that’s enemy territory. She was visibly upset about having to perform on the Voice stage,” a source tells Life & Style magazine. “She also refused to perform on the same night as Blake to avoid a run-in.”

Blake, 42, wound up taking the stage with Keith Urban and Little Big Town on the first night of filming, while Miranda, 34, and her band, Pistol Annies, performed the next day alongside Adam Lambert and Dierks Bentley.

The estranged exes have been warring publicly and privately since their quick-and-dirty divorce in 2015, releasing revenge songs like her “Got My Name Changed Back” and his “She’s Got a Way With Words.” And although it’s been more than three years since their breakup and both have stated that they wish each other well, suspicious minds say otherwise. In an interview with Billboard last year, Miranda admitted her album The Weight of These Wings, had plenty to do with Blake and helped her find happiness again. Despite the outcome, it must still be difficult to see Blake around, especially since she’s newly single again since her breakup with Evan Felker.

“Miranda wants nothing to do with Blake,” says the source. “In fact, she was so rattled by Blake’s presence that she made a beeline for the exit as soon as the Pistol Annies finished playing. She just couldn’t get out of there fast enough!”
