It’s been more than two years since Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert called it quits on their four-year marriage, but the “Tin Man” songstress is still reeling over their split. In fact, a source exclusively tells Life & Style that Blake’s unexpected divorce filing still haunts Miranda, 34, to this day.

“The cold-blooded way Blake blindsided her with divorce, drove her out of his life, and then shoved his romance with Gwen [Stefani] in her face is something that will scar her forever,” says the insider. “It still burns her.”

As fans are well aware, Miranda — who has since moved on with fellow musician Anderson East — spilled her feelings on her 2016 album, The Weight of These Wings. “If you want to hear my side of the story or my opinion of what happened, it’s all on there,” she previously admitted. “There’s no mystery anymore.”

According to the star’s scathing lyrics in songs like “Keeper of the Flame,” “Ugly Lights,” and “Runnin’ Just in Case,” Blake, 41, broke her heart. Now Miranda’s ready to dish on her ex even more. Upcoming songs will likely touch on how “Blake didn’t work at the marriage like she wanted him to,” says a second source, alleging that his big move from Oklahoma to LA to be a coach on The Voice contributed to their breakup.

“She’ll pen lyrics about how he became distant,” the second source says. “Blake and Miranda used to poke fun at Hollywood and its many posers. But, another insider adds, “now she thinks it was all a lie.”

Gwen’s not safe, either. “I’m sure there will be upcoming songs that will upset Gwen, too,” adds the first insider, “about how she and Miranda are complete opposites or how she was left for a different model.”
