Talk about a bounce back! Just two days after giving birth, Natalie Nunn is showing off her impressive post-baby body!

Wearing a skin-tight white lace dress, the former Bad Girls Club star is already looking ready for the summer.

Natalie, who welcomed a baby girl with husband Jacob Payne on Monday, also gave fans an update on her nearly seamless delivery.

"I was able to get to the hospital and delivered my daughter in 20 mins," the 32-year-old beauty wrote. "I PUSHED FOR 20 mins had a safe healthy delivery and baby girl! I truly feel staying somewhat active doing and following what I could of my 'Fit Pregnancy' workout challenge available on my website was such a huge success in delivering my daughter!"

She continued, "I had energy, I felt strong and truly blessed and knew my body could do it!"

Previously, the new mom opened up about staying fit during her pregnancy and had only gained 20 pounds at the seven-month mark.

#motivationmonday This has been one of the hardest times of my life. Every trimester has been different. Every week really has been a different week. But no matter what I wanted to try my hardest to stay healthy and fit as much as I could. 9 months pregnant and Im tired some days I cant do my workout routine and other days I feel great! But I will find it in me to at least get a nice trail walk in or walk the mall for an hour. Just staying active and going at my own pace listening to my body and doing some active movement is good! My fit and pregnant challenge has been my bestfriend! I cant wait for my little princess to be here anyyyytime now! "Although I've had morning sickness days when I just feel terrible, tired you name it I have stuck to my fit and pregnant workout challenge which is walking leg exercises and arm exercises," she told In Touch. "All these fit and pregnant workouts I have on my challenge have helped maintain my shape and body while pregnant."

As for bikini season, we have a feeling Natalie will be ready thanks to her No Payne No Gain 90-day challenge.
