Why “cupped,” do you ask? “So it doesn’t ruin your eyelashes and squish your eyes,” she said. Makes sense, TBH.

” … to burrito yourself in!” There’s nothing worse than trying to take a nap without a blanket. If my feet are exposed, I’m not sleeping, so she’s got the right idea.

“Room Temperature at 67”
It’s gotta be the right temp if you’re looking for a super snooze. No one likes to wake up in a sweat, but no one likes to be shivering either, which is why Corinne claims 67 degrees (Farenheight, obv) is the perfect number.
