Kim Kardashian Wouldn’t Let North Wear Her Thigh-High Snakeskin Boots and She Was NOT Happy About It
Sorry, North West! You’ve gotta learn to walk before you can run … especially in thigh-high snakeskin boots. Kim Kardashian took to Instagram to share a hilarious photo series of her 5-year-old daughter rocking an entirely pink, snakeskin outfit — including a pair of Kim’s shoes.
“So, Miss North dressed herself and thought she was ready for the day until I explained she couldn’t wear my boots,” the KUWTK star, 38, captioned the post on Wednesday, April 24. OK, to be fair, North’s choice of footwear is spot-on. If she were say, 18 years old, we could totally see her strutting around Calabasas in those kicks.
However, we’re not even sure if North graduated kindergarten yet. Therefore, we think Kim made the proper parenting choice in saying no. Unfortunately, her very fashion-forward child did not agree. As you continue to swipe right, little Nori becomes more and more enraged with her famous mama.
In fact, not to call North out or anything, but homegirl was having a full-blown temper tantrum. Even so, Kim’s friends, followers and fans were LIVING for it. “LMFAO the transition,” Kiki’s personal trainer, Melissa Alcantara, commented. “OMG … dying!!!” added Kim’s longtime friend Tracy Nguyen Romulus.
Whoever runs the account for fashion retailer American Apparel chimed in with some support, “We would also cry if you told us we couldn’t wear your boots!” If we had to choose, though, the best comment came from a fan who wrote, “North is literally nailing the Kim K crying face.”
Don’t worry, Nori! Everyone might be laughing at your meltdown now, but the joke’s really on them. After all, there will definitely come a time in your life where you get to rock all of your mama’s clothes — a.k.a. every woman’s dream.
