Um, What?! Olivia Culpo’s Ex-Boyfriend Danny Amendola Hits the Beach With a Mystery Babe

Well, it looks like the 33-year-old athlete has moved on! He soaked up the sun with a mystery blonde on the beaches of Miami and his ex-girl was nowhere to be seen.

The former duo split on March 24, with Us Weekly confirming that the lingerie model and the former Pats player “definitely broke up” after two years together, according to an insider.

Initially, the reasons seemed innocent enough. “It had to do with the distance and them barely seeing each other,” the source explained to the outlet.

But it also turned out that the NFL alum wasn’t too pleased with some of his former flame’s modeling gigs, specifically her nearly nude photos in the upcoming 2019 Swimsuit Issue of SI.

In fact, back in November 2018 when the former Miss Universe went out to Australia to shoot for the annual publication, she had expressed frustrations at a birthday gift she bought for the wide receiver, which he refused.

“Looks like this is my present now. HAPPY BDAY TO ME,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories over a photo of herself sporting a men’s Rolex watch.

On May 9, Olivia addressed the situation as the finalized photos of the issue started to roll out and it was clear emotions were high.

“This was one of my hardest days for personal reasons (as some of you may remember). I landed in Australia to shoot these photos with some info that rocked my world,” she wrote in a caption paired with a series of five photos from the shoot.

She continued with a hopeful message: “Even though I was struggling on this day, I know in this picture I was thanking God for the opportunities life has given me and for making every day a blessing.”

In addition to Danny’s distaste for his ex’s modeling prospects, he also got signed to the Miami Dolphins, which made for a bit of a rift in the former couple’s plans.

“He got signed to the Miami Dolphins and Olivia wasn’t going to move there,” the source told Us Weekly back in March.

Then, after Olivia was spotted getting cozy with EDM star Zedd at Coachella 2019, the footballer took to his Instagram Stories to send a pretty threatening message to his ex’s potential new man.

Though nothing more has come of the possible coupling, it was clear Danny wasn’t into the fact that Olivia was trying to move on. However, it looks like the tables have now turned. Jealous, much?
