Pamela Anderson Wishes She Had ‘Better Rapport’ With Ex-Husband Tommy Lee: ‘Used to Talk a Lot More’
Pamela Anderson made a rare comment about ex-husband Tommy Lee and gave an update on their cordiality.
“I mean, we used to talk a lot more,” the Last Showgirl star, 57, told Andy Cohen during a Thursday, January 9, episode of his Sirius XM’s Andy Cohen radio show. “Not recently, unfortunately, but you know, I wish we did have a better rapport right now.”
Pam revealed that they were going to be around each other more often because their youngest son, Dylan Jagger Lee, and his fiancée, Paula Bruss, are expecting their first child. The former couple also shares their eldest son, Brandon Thomas Lee.
“We’re gonna have grandkids together,” Pam continued. “It’ll be OK, eventually. It’s just kind of a moment right now.”
The former Baywatch star did not share what caused the strain in her relationship with Tommy, 62.
Pam and Tommy haven’t found themselves in a public feud since they split for good in 2010. However, fans slammed the musician’s current wife, Brittany Furlan, for making a distasteful joke about the former Playboy model in February 2023.
In the since-deleted video, Brittany, who wed Tommy in 2019, plastered a “‘90s Pam Makeup” filter on her face amid the release of the Netflix documentary Pamela, A Love Story. “Oh, she passed away? Oh, oh – alright,” the comedian mouthed alongside trending audio from an old quote from Wendy Wiliams.
“Pam if I died,” Brittany wrote in text over the video.

Although the Barb Wire actress has yet to react to the clip, Brittany quickly defended her post.
“I just wanted to come on here and let you know I’m OK because I know people have been checking on me, which is really nice, and I’m good, don’t worry,” Brittany said in a TikTok video at the time. “Don’t worry about the people that are saying all the mean things they’re saying. I don’t live in that world, so please don’t stress.”
Just one month before Brittany’s TikTok video created chaos on social media, Pam had nothing but lovely things to say about the former Vine star and her marriage to Tommy.
“[Tommy is] married and happy, and [Brittany is] good to him and I totally support that and think that’s great,” Pam said during a January 2023 appearance on the Howard Stern Show. “I hate to be annoying and going through this again. I’m sure she’s annoyed, but I respect their relationship, and [I’m] just glad he’s happy and he has somebody in his life.”
Pam and the former Mötley Crüe drummer had a whirlwind relationship after meeting on New Year’s Eve in December 1994. The pair tied the knot in Cancun two months later and welcomed son Brandon, 28, in May 1996. However, Pam and Tommy hit a rough patch in their marriage, leading the family matriarch to file for divorce in November 1996. Pam’s filing was dismissed after she and Tommy quickly reconciled and welcomed Dylan, 27, the following year.
In the midst of their problems at home, Pam and Tommy faced public scrutiny. Rand Gauthier, a former electrician who was fired from a project in their home, stole the former couple’s safe in 1995, which contained a sex tape they made on their honeymoon. The X-rated home video was later distributed online.
The Pamela, A Love Story star filed for divorce again in 1998 following a domestic dispute. Their divorce was finalized later that year. That said, the former “It” couple maintained an on-again, off-again relationship until 2010.
