Lindsey Vonn Says Pregnant Ashley Graham ‘Beat’ Her in a Workout Competition: She’s ‘Amazingly Fit’
Remember the old adage, “Don’t judge a book by its cover”? Well, boy, do we have the perfect example for you! On Wednesday, October 2, Olympian Lindsey Vonn took to Instagram to reveal that she went toe-to-toe with Ashley Graham, who is pregnant with her first child, during a workout competition.
Now, given that Lindsey, 34, is a professional athlete and Ashley, 31, is a model with a growing baby bump, we wouldn’t blame you for assuming that Lindsey took home the gold … but you’d be wrong!
“Yes, it’s true! I got beat by an amazingly fit, very pregnant and incredibly beautiful supermodel in the gym,” the longtime skier admitted. “You’re a stud, [Ashley]!! Must be your Midwest roots.”
Unsurprisingly, Lindsey’s followers were incredibly impressed. “OMG, amazing,” one user commented. “Beast mode! Love it,” added another. “Women rule!!! This post is all kinds of inspiring,” a third person chimed in, while a fourth echoed, “Go, girls, go!”
Of course, this is hardly the first time we’ve seen Ashley’s intense fitness regime on social media. Pregnant or otherwise, she goes H-A-R-D in the gym. In fact, on September 30, Ashley shared a clip of herself working out with her personal trainer. This time, however, she decided to give fans an update on her changing body, too.
“My boobs have never looked so tiny … ever!” Ashley exclaimed, adding, “They’ve never looked this tiny in my life. Thank you to my stomach.” Even though Ashley’s trainer tried to reason with her, the mama-to-be blurted out, “Hello, small titties!” before ending the video.
Needless to say, we appreciate how open, honest and confident Ashley continues to be on her journey toward motherhood.
