While Nikki Bella may always be full of energy, she still needs to rest! The pregnant 36-year-old took to her Instagram Story on Sunday, March 8, to reveal she’s been having a rough time sleeping at night.

“Hey, you guys,” she said in the video. “So, I’m trying to get sleep tonight. The past three nights I have barely slept. Last time I think I may have gotten four [hours]. Right now, I’m trying myself to sleep on my side because I’m about to be 19 weeks.”

She continued, “I’m a back sleeper, and it’s been so tough. It’s just … sleeping has sucked, and I’m getting super run down because of it. I feel like I’m getting another head cold and so I just really need rest. Ok, well, I hope you all sleep really well and you guys have sweet dreams. Night.” Shortly after, Nikki shared a photo of herself drinking tea. We’re hoping that did the trick!

In January, the Total Bellas star announced she’s expecting her first child with fiancé Artem Chigvintsev. Since then, she’s been over the moon about the news, especially since she gets to share the special experience with her twin, Brie Bella.

“Nikki and Brie are close, but the fact that they’re both pregnant at the same time has bonded them like never before,” an insider exclusively dished to Life & Style in February. “Brie’s done it before so Nikki is getting the benefit of having her best friend and sister to lean on for support and pregnancy advice.” Brie is currently expecting her second child with husband Bryan Danielson, a.k.a. Daniel Bryan; the married couple already shares 2-year-old daughter Birdie.

It’s clear Nikki and Brie really are the best of friends, and the mom-to-be’s recent shout-out to her proves it. “There’s nothing better than having a loved one, a sister, a twin, a true partner in crime, a ride or die, to have your back for life,” Nikki wrote on Instagram on February 27. “So lucky to have the support and love of my sister. It’s helped me create magic in this world and smile when days seem tough. My rock for life.” #SiblingGoals!
