Get it, girl! Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador keeps shedding off the pounds and fans can’t stop praising her amazing physique. The Housewife has been working hard in the gym since revealing that drama from the show took a toll on her physically. Her dedication has definitely paid off.

“Shannon, as always you’re looking beautiful. You’re shining from the inside out,” one follower commented on a recent photo the reality mom posted on Instagram with her daughters — Sophie, 17, and twins Stella and Adeline, 14. The blonde wore an all-black ensemble that accentuated her toned figure. “That’s four great looking ladies. [Shannon], you’re my favorite, favorite, favorite housewife!” someone else gushed about the gorgeous family.

Another user begged the star to show off more of the body she’s been working so hard for. They wrote, “You look incredible, now start wearing more colors besides black!” A separate fan commented, “You look fantastic!!!! Way to go, mama!”

So, how has she been working off the pounds? It’s been a process, but Shannon has seemingly been losing weight the healthy way — with diet and exercise. Back in 2017, she revealed that she was working with nutritionist-to-the-stars and trainer Dr. Tim Ramierz. At the time, the Bravo personality said she was putting in 30 minutes of exercise a day and drinking 310 Shakes when she didn’t “have time to sit down for a meal.”

It was actually the drama that unfolded with her former BFF Vicki Gunvalson that contributed to Shannon gaining weight in the first place. She exclusively revealed to Life & Style back in 2017 that she “put on 40 pounds in eight months” after they decided to pull the plug on their friendship. “I ate and I drank and I was such a mess,” the starlet admitted.

She’s really managed to turn things around and is looking better than ever. Keep it up, Shannon!
