The 56-year-old was spotted kissing Leila George in Hawaii earlier this week, and later stepped out with her on the red carpet in LA on Oct. 6.

Leila is the daughter of Law & Order: Criminal Intent star Vincent D’Onofrio, and is an actor like her dad.
She recently appeared in the TV movie Mother, May I Sleep with Danger? alongside James Franco and Tori Spelling.
Fun fact: Sean’s daughter Dylan Penn is actually a year older than his new girlfriend. He also has a 23-year-old son named Hopper.
