‘Sister Wives’ Star Maddie Brown Has the Most Adorable Baby!
The Brown family keeps getting bigger and bigger! Season 8 of TLC's hit reality show Sister Wives just kicked off, and there are a ton of milestones coming up for the polygamous family! After Madison Brown became the first child to tie the knot — she married her husband Caleb Brush in 2016 — she didn't waste any time working on baby No. 1! Fans will get to see Maddie and Caleb reveal the pregnancy to their family later this season, but since the show was filmed months in advance, Maddie already gave birth to her baby — a son named Axel!
Little Axel was born on May 20, 2017, and Maddie's parents — Kody Brown and his second wife Janelle Brown — revealed details about her home birth. Maddie was in labor for 72 hours, 12 of which were hard labor. She was surrounded by her family members in her parents' home, and they all encouraged her throughout the delivery process. Even though it was a long and difficult labor, Maddie gushed about what it felt like to finally meet her baby boy.
“It feels exciting,” the 22-year-old told TLC cameras back in May. “I don’t even know how to describe how it felt when I first saw him or held him. It was like a bunch of relief cause I was done with labor, it was surreal.” Scroll through the gallery below to see Axel's cutest Instagram photos!
