It’s been almost five years since the series finale of Jersey Shore, and the show’s female stars have not only gone through emotional transformations (marriage! kids!) but pretty big physical transformations as well. Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi, Jenni “JWoww” Farley, and Deena Cortese have all documented their weight losses since appearing on the reality TV hit — which returns for a reunion on Aug. 20!

“Although I was consuming thousands of calories a day during the party years, I was actually starving myself of healthy food,” Snooki previously shared. “The more crap I ate, the stupider I got, as seen on Seasons 1 through 5 of Jersey Shore.” Scroll down to see how your favorite fist-pumping babes got in shape!

Snooki’s Weight Loss Journey

“When I stopped drinking and started eating lots of greens, whole grains, and lean meats, it was like my brain woke up from a five-year coma,” the 29-year-old told Yahoo Beauty in 2015. “My life turned around, and things clicked into place in my relationship and my career. What goes into your body comes out in your life. If you want success, love, and the strength to cope with anything life throws at you, feed your body the healthy food it needs.”

But the mother-of-two has also had to defend her 50-pound weight loss, telling In Touch, “People are jerks. I don’t look emaciated — I look healthy! My arms still jiggle when I wave! I’m 4-foot-9, which is the size of a third-grader, so weighing 96 pounds is normal for me.”

The 31-year-old really started to focus on her health after welcoming her second child, Greyson, in May 2016. “This isn’t luck or wishing… I missed many dinner events, fun activities, and lots and lots of ice cream and pizza to keep the weight off,” she explained.

JWoww also lost 20 pounds while appearing on Jersey Shore by working out five days a week for up to two hours per session. After 30 to 60 minutes of cardio on the elliptical, treadmill or StairMaster, the brunette beauty would focus on weight training.

The 30-year-old is currently shedding pounds for her upcoming wedding to fiancé Chris Bucker, but she first lost 15 pounds back in 2013. “I’ve always struggled with my body image. My weight was getting out of control, and I knew it was time to do something about it,” she told In Touch.

And of course, the reality star is a fan of Flat Tummy Tea (#endorsementmoney!) “Another round of @flattummytea down, and THIS is why I’m literally obsessed with this stuff,” she wrote on Instagram. “I like being healthy, but I’d never call myself a gym rat… so the fact that stuff makes getting rid of bloat easy, quick, and ends with results? What’s not to love!”
