2014

It appeared as though Stassie and Kylie opted to get lip fillers around the same time.

The former reality star admitted in 2022 that her first experience getting lip fillers as a teen went badly.

“Not at a good place,” Stassie said of where she went for the procedure during a 2022 appearance on the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. “Do your research. I didn’t do it good, I looked not cute. I had to dissolve it all, get it redone.

Beyond cosmetic surgery, Stassie has experimented a lot with her style and hair color.

2016

In her early days as an influencer, Stassie was blonde.

2017

“I used to have the cutest, perkiest boobs when I was young,” Stassie told Harper’s Bazaar in a February 2017 interview. “Someone had told me that if you wear an underwire bra it makes your boobs sag. I had cute boobs so I would never wear a bra. Over time, I found out that whoever told me that was completely wrong.” She also couldn’t fit into certain clothes at photo shoots, which impacted her work.

Stassie decided to undergo a boob lift without implants — and didn’t regret her decision. “I was very open to sharing; plastic surgery is nothing be ashamed of,” she explained. “A lot of people think plastic surgery is only for cosmetic reasons, to change something you’re insecure about. All my comments were saying, ‘You’re so insecure, you’re so insecure,’ which is the complete opposite. If I was insecure, I wouldn’t have showed it.”

She continued, “I wanted to show people that there’s nothing to be ashamed of and that it’s so common for girls to have this issue and you can do something to fix it.”

2018

In 2018, Stassie debuted her smaller breast implants. By October of that year, the social media star revealed she was going back under the knife to fix her boob job.

“I’m fixing my implants next Thursday,” she explained in a YouTube video. “I’m having issues with my current ones. I’m pretty sure it’s, like, bottomed-out or something, I don’t know. It’s, like, not in its socket.”

Based on her Instagram, Stassie eats healthy and hits the gym often (especially with Kylie!) to maintain her curves.

2022

Stassie danced around the question about if she’d undergone a Brazilian Butt Lift during an appearance on Alex Cooper‘s “Call Her Daddy” podcast.

“The only implants that I have are in my titties. I’m not saying that I haven’t done other things, and I haven’t moved some things around.” she responded.

“Over the past couple of years, I’ve tried to make everything smaller because I like the natural look,” she added. “I was just really f–king young and stupid and maybe I don’t like to talk about it because I don’t like the decision I made when I was f–ikng 18.”

2023

After dodging butt implant questions, Stassie’s tush looked quite curvaceous as she headed to the gym in tight leggings. 

The California native admitted to Alex Cooper in 2022 that she was hurt by comments about her appearance, especially one made by a man telling her she was “full of plastic” while on vacation in Greece.

“I wanted to start crying,” Stassie said of the harsh critique. “I don’t want to look plastic, I don’t want to look fake.”

2024

She admitted to getting lip fillers during her 2022 “Call Her Daddy” appearance and that she’s had the work done “so many times” to correct an asymmetry, but it “ends up just looking worse.”

“All my comments are ‘Her lips are lopsided,’ ‘You’re so botched.’ And I’m like I literally have a drop of lip filler on one side of my lip,” Stassie said about her social media critics. “I’ve let it get to me so many times and now I’m just like, you don’t know me, I don’t know you, so like, how are you gonna sit here and comment on me, like sit and talk about my lips.”

2025

Stassie finally revealed her backside was the result of a BBL and confessed to getting new breast implants during the premiere episode of her “Better Half with Stas + Alexis” podcast on May 19, 2025.

The influencer said she had been “actively been trying to fix” her butt “for so long.”

“I literally have another surgery in a few weeks to try and reduce the size of it even more. This decision I made when I was super young has now been affecting me,” she told listeners and her cohost, Alexis Fisher.

Stassie went on to share why she regretted getting the procedure.

“I did not realize at all what I was signing myself up for, and I wish that little me didn’t feel the way I felt. The pressure of the world that we live in, the trend at the time,” she shared. “Do not surgically alter your body for a trend at a time. Just know it’s only going to be relevant for a little bit. Do things for yourself. There should be a law that you can’t get surgery until you’re 25.”
