Jana’s Big Announcement! Tana Mongeau and Jake Paul Land Their Own MTV Show
Lights, camera, action! Tana Mongeau and her husband, Jake Paul, have been teasing a big announcement and they finally spilled the tea on Wednesday, December 11. The YouTube star revealed they have officially scored their own television show on MTV called Bustedness — and couldn’t be more hyped about it.
“The Paul’s … coming to a television near you. Never did I think growing up watching Ridiculousness I’d have an opportunity to be on a spinoff where Jake and I get to be bootleg Rob Dyrdek and Chanel West Coast hahahaha,” the 21-year-old wrote while taking to Instagram.
“Never did I think I’d bag two MTV shows — one digital and one linear. Thank you for creating this world for me … more to come. See you on TV?” Several celebrities congratulated the duo on their new show, including Chanel!
Of course, fans were also losing their minds with excitement. “So proud of you,” one gushed. “Mom and dad,” another commented, while a third replied, “They really used each other for clout and succeeded LMFAO I love them.”
Just last night, the social media star took to her Instagram Stories to reveal they had some big news. Tana made sure to clear the air before her followers started speculating there was trouble in paradise with her relationship.
“We’re not getting divorced,” she began. “Or married again. I’m not pregnant. Or maybe it’s all three?”
“We’ve been working on this forever and we’re so excited to share it with the world. We’re excited for it to be everywhere … and nervous. Never would have foreseen 2019 ending this way,” the Las Vegas native dished.
Luckily, Tana has continued to share behind-the-scenes clips. This afternoon, the blonde bombshell shared a video minutes before she starting filming the pilot of Bustedness. “I’m freaking out,” the star exclaimed.
It’s certainly been an exhilarating year for the couple, as they tied the knot in Sin City on July 28. A few months later, the two gushed over each other while sharing tributes on their wedding anniversary.
“[Two] months and we’re still married,” Jake, 22, tweeted in September. “Haters can suck my peen. You’re sexy @tanamongeau.”
She retweeted his post with the message, “Wow [OK]. These are facts,” adding, “So are [you], I love [you]????”
