Sometimes, you gotta take the shortcut. YouTuber Tana Mongeau took to her Instagram Stories to show off an abs contouring procedure she got at 7Q Spa in Glendale, CA on February 26 — and needless to say, we totally get wanting that quick fix when your schedule keeps you away from hard work in the gym.

“Guys, I didn’t have time to work out,” the 21-year-old bombshell told fans in a quick clip where she gave them a glimpse of what seemed to be a Emsculpt procedure. “So I’m at 7Q Spa doing 20,000 crunches in like one minute and it’s so intense. But try this, it’s crazy.” According to the spa, the sculpting method “works to strengthen, built, and define muscles by using high intensity focused electro-magnetic energy to induce 20,000 maximal muscle contractions in magnitudes that are not physically attainable in a gym in terms of strength or frequency of contraction.” Sounds intense!

That being said, Tana is no stranger to grinding and getting in a workout. “JK I still had time to work out,” the blonde beauty later captioned a photo of her feet mid-run on the treadmill, adding the loved up and heart-eyed emojis. Clearly, the vlogger is all about setting a good example.

In fact, the MTV starlet is unabashedly herself at all times — but she thinks that’s a positive for her fans. “I have a young following and it’s definitely primarily female,” she told Life & Style exclusively. “I always want to empower those young girls to do whatever they want with their bodies and to make their decisions and not let anyone take that away from them, especially men.”

Plus, she’s dedicated and driven … and wants her following to ~follow~ suit. “I think I’m definitely at a point in my life where if the connection isn’t worth giving up so much of my time and my energy and stuff like that, it’s probably not something I’m going to want to [explore],” she said of dating amid her blossoming career.

“I think everything happens for a reason,” she continued. “Sometimes, things don’t work out, great, but at the same time, I think I always say this, I’m like, ‘If you have beef with me, it is so one-sided.’ To me, having beef with someone, especially an ex, requires energy. And I think putting that energy into something so negative is just not cute, to be frank.”

Good thing this babe knows a thing or two about being cute.
