Tarek El Moussa and GF Heather Rae Young ‘Moved in’ Together After Their ‘First Week’ of Dating
When it comes to living together, Tarek El Moussa and his girlfriend, Heather Rae Young, wasted no time! “We moved in the first week,” the Flip or Flop star exclusively tells Life & Style. “We’ve been together for seven months, so it’s still fairly new.”
It seems like fast-paced is the couple’s style. Shortly before telling the world they were an item back in August 2019, Tarek introduced Heather to his family, including his two kids, Taylor and Brayden, whom he shares with ex Christina Anstead. The dynamic duo have been going strong ever since and show no signs of slowing down.
“Our future’s very bright, and I see us taking the next steps toward being more serious,” dishes Tarek. “But at this point in time, I’ve been like, ‘Today, nothing is planned.’ In the future, I’m sure!”
So what makes this pair work so well together? According to Tarek, it all has to do with the connection he shares with the 32-year-old Selling Sunset star. “You know, it’s the funky thing called chemistry!” Tarek explains. “I don’t know but some people just click and me and her just clicked right away. That’s it!”
Heather is just as head over heels for her beau. During an Instagram Q&A in September 2019, the blonde beauty revealed she “100%” hopes to tie the knot someday. In addition, she gushed about her Tarek and listed all her favorite qualities about him. “His drive, passion, focus, loyalty, huge heart. He’s my best friend. We laugh and spend hours talking every single night,” she divulged at the time.
It seems like it was always meant to be for Tarek and Heather. “The first time I saw her smile she ‘did that thing to my tummy’ and I knew right away I needed to get to know her … so I asked her out!!” Tarek revealed on Instagram in August 2019. “She said yes.”
For now, Tarek seems super busy with work. However, we wouldn’t be surprised to her wedding bells ringing soon!
Tarek’s new series Flipping 101 w/ Tarek El Moussa will premiere on Thursday, March 5th at 9/8c on HGTV and he’ll be appearing on an upcoming Extreme Makeover: Home Edition episode on Sunday, March 15th at 9 ET/PT.
