Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Spotted for 1st Time in 2 Months During Philadelphia Outing
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce were spotted for the first time in two months during a low-key date in Philadelphia.
The couple was photographed standing next to each other inside of Talula’s Garden, according to photos uploaded via X on Sunday, May 11. Taylor, 35, styled her hair straight and wore a black tank top for the outing, while Travis, 35, opted for a white shirt during the date. Taylor appeared to be in good spirits and was seen smiling in one of the photos.
It’s not currently clear how long the couple has been in Philadelphia, though Travis’ brother, Jason Kelce, lives in the Pennsylvania city with his wife, Kylie Kelce, and their four daughters. The Daily Mail reported that they were joined by Jason, 37, Kylie, 33, and their moms, Andrea Swift and Donna Kelce, to celebrate Mother’s Day. However, none of the family members were photographed during the meal.
The low-key outing marks the first time Taylor and Travis have been spotted together in two months.
The pair – who first started dating in the summer of 2023 – have been staying out of the spotlight after Travis’ football team, the Kansas City Chiefs, lost to the Philadelphia Eagles during Super Bowl LIX in February. Meanwhile, Taylor has also been lying low after she wrapped her record-breaking Eras tour in December 2024.
While some fans wondered if the couple’s absence from the spotlight hinted at troubles in paradise, a source exclusively revealed to Life & Style on April 16 that Taylor and Travis are stronger than ever.
“It’s been a dream period that’s only solidified that they’re on the same page about their future,” the insider said about their time out of the spotlight. The “I Knew You Were Trouble” singer and professional athlete are said to be in the process of planning the “next steps” in their relationship, which includes “amping up wedding discussions.”
The source added that their private time “has given them a taste of what life will be like when they’re married, not promoting anything, and not on anyone’s radar.”
“They already knew how compatible they were, but this break away from everything has allowed them to grow closer and be even more certain,” the insider shared.
A second source said that Taylor and Travis are staying out of the spotlight for a specific reason amid their career hiatuses.
“Taylor’s been in rest-and-relaxation mode since she wrapped her Eras Tour in December,” the insider exclusively dished to Life & Style on April 2. “The plan has always been to enjoy the off-season with Travis by packing in a lot of travel.”
Travis and Taylor have been careful to not share too many details about their relationship with the public, though a third insider exclusively revealed to Life & Style that she has helped him become a “better man” amid their romance.
“Travis has had girlfriends before, but none that he tried to impress the way he has with Taylor,” the source said in an article published on February 27. “Taylor comes first in his life. This is a big deal for Travis.”
