Taylor Swift and Newly Single Zoë Kravitz Reunite in NYC Following Her Split From Channing Tatum
Taylor Swift showed her support for her longtime friend Zoë Kravitz as the two enjoyed dinner together in New York City.
Zoë, 35, and Taylor, 34, were spotted at the new private members’ club Chez Margaux in the Meatpacking District in Manhattan on Friday, November 8. The two pals were joined by comedian Jerrod Carmichael and Page Six reported that their night out lasted for around eight hours.
Taylor donned a multicolored Vivienne Westwood corset-style dress that she paired with burgundy velvet heels. The “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” songstress had her hair pulled back in a loose bun with her signature bangs. Zoë opted for a beige-colored slip dress and wore a black coat to keep her warm in the cool night air.
Taylor and Zoë’s catch-up session came on the heels of The Batman star’s recent split from ex-fiancé Channing Tatum. Zoë and Channing, 44, called it quits on October 29, according to People, just one year after they got engaged.
The Magic Mike star and Zoë met during the casting process for her 2024 film, Blink Twice. The film was her directorial debut, and she previously opened up about what drew her to Channing and why she thought he would be perfect for the lead role in the twisty psychological thriller.
“I felt, even from afar, before I knew him, that he was a feminist and that he wasn’t afraid of exploring that darkness, because he knows he’s not that,” Zoë told the Wall Street Journal in August 2022. “That’s why I was drawn to him and wanted to meet with him. And I was right.”
She added that it was Channing’s penchant for lovable characters in past films that made her want him to take the role even more. Zoë wanted “someone who hadn’t played a dark character before, because [she thought] that [it was] exciting to watch someone who’s mostly played boy next door, good guy, love interest, all of that.”

That same month, the former Big Little Lies star and Channing were spotted packing on the PDA during a vacation in Italy. While Zoë played coy about her romance with the 21 Jump Street actor at first, she gushed about their relationship in November 2022 during an interview with GQ.
“He’s just a wonderful human. He makes me laugh and we both really love art and talking about art and the exploration of why we do what we do. We love to watch a film and break it down and talk about it and challenge each other,” Zoë told the publication.
In October 2023, Zoë and Channing were seen attending Kendall Jenner’s Halloween party. Zoë dressed as Mia Farrow’s character in the 1968 horror classic Rosemary’s Baby, while Channing dressed as a baby. However, it wasn’t Zoë’s costume that caught fans’ eyes. The Divergent actress was seen wearing a ring on her left hand.
Two days after the party, People reported that Channing and Zoë had “recently” gotten engaged.
In August, Zoë and Channing seemed better than ever as they promoted Blink Twice, but by the end of October, they had each gone their separate ways.
