Attention! Taylor Swift arrived at the iHeartRadio Music Awards and she looked stunning. The singer has been keeping a low profile so fans were thrilled she walked the red carpet during the March 14 show.

The singer looked fresh and fun in a romper covered in rainbow sequins. She topped off the look with her hair in a loose ponytail with neon pink highlights. Overall, Taylor looked like the unicorn of our dreams.

Since her epic Reputation tour and seemingly happy relationship with her boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, the pop star has never looked better. A source revealed exclusively to Life & Style that part of her secret is loving the skin she’s in and not obsessing over every pound gained or lost. “Taylor’s happy that she’s found a guy that doesn’t judge or care so much about keeping up appearances,” the insider dished.

“Joe never liked it when she would worry about eating certain foods, stress about a number on the scale or reaching her goal weight,” the insider divulged. “He’s the last person in the world that would body shame anyone, male or female, and it’s helped her with her own struggles with dieting.” It sounds like the pair have a supportive and positive relationship.

The “Bad Reputation” singer has also given up her strict eating plan. The source continued, “Not playing into the no-win world of dieting has added to her overall outlook on life and health … Taylor decided to stop killing herself over her weight and it’s the best thing she’s done.”

Keeping with tradition, the songbird wants to pass her life lessons along to her fans. “Now she wants to spread the word to young kids everywhere,” the insider explained. “Her message seems simple, but she knows better than anyone that it’s a struggle … Taylor wants everyone to stop obsessing about being a certain size and that starts with eating healthier foods, exercise and accepting yourself as you are.”

We love seeing Taylor so happy and healthy!
