Teresa Giudice Parties at Melissa Gorga’s 40th Birthday Bash As Joe’s Deportation Looms

The birthday girl was looking seriously sexy in a sequined jumpsuit that showed off her every curve. Her hubby, Joe Gorga, was lookin’ pretty spiffy himself.

A pretty happy Tre, 46, didn’t hesitate to show off her curves too in a slinky black number while her brother Joe Gorga, 39, spent the night hamming it up — as usual.

Things haven’t been easy for Teresa over the last year and the family drama she’s been dealing with finally came to a head recently.

Her 46-year-old husband was released from a 41-month prison sentence on fraud charges on March 14 — but instead of being able to go home to his family, he was delivered directly into ICE custody.

Back in October 2018, a judge ruled Joe Giudice eligible for deportation based on his financial crimes. The Giudice family has filed for an appeal to the motion, but as of now, we have yet to hear any developments on that front.

Costar Jennifer Aydin was at the party, too, and looking seriously sexy in some skintight red pants.

It’s been nice seeing Tre let her hair down a bit through all the chaos of her life at the moment — we can only imagine how stressful it all must be.

Plus, she’s got this crazy group of Housewives to help her get through it all — we spy Margaret Josephs, Dolores Catania and even Jackie Goldschneider in the mix!

We’re also really glad to see Teresa and Melissa seemingly getting along for once — if you’re a fan, you know the drama between these two is almost constant.

“I’ve been around [the] family, I mean for me, I’ve been around it a very long time. I’ve seen fights come and go. That’s it — they come and go just like most families that can get through things,” Dolores, 48, told Life & Style exclusively about the ebbs and flows of Tre and Melissa’s relationship. “Like, last year they were best friends.”

Though he’s acting like the total jokester he is, Joe Gorga got pretty serious when discussing how his sister has been handling all the family turmoil.

“[She’s] just gotta be strong, that’s it,” he told E! News, while his wife added, “We have no idea [what her life is going to be like]. We have to wait and see what happens and see how it goes.”

No matter how things shake down for Joe Giudice and his legal issues, we’re going to hear about it on season 10 of RHONJ.

An insider told Life & Style back in late January that production planned to start filming in March — a little earlier than past seasons — to make sure Joe’s potential deportation is part of the storyline this coming season.

Even classic RHONJ villain Danielle Staub (not pictured, unfortunately) is said to be part of next season, so between her appearances and the Giudice family woes, we’re in for a wild ride.
