Inside Timothee Chalamet’s Bond With Girlfriend Kylie Jenner’s Kids: ‘He Took to Them Instantly’
As their romance continues to heat up, Timothée Chalamet has been spending more and more time getting to know the two most important people in girlfriend Kylie Jenner’s life: daughter Stormi, 7, and son Aire, 3.
“He took to them instantly,” a source exclusively tells Life & Style. “Timmy reads book with the kids and lets them climb all over him.” The A Complete Unknown actor, 29, has also been known to spoil Kylie’s children on occasion, with the reality star’s permission, of course.
“Timothée brings Aire car toys because he knows he loves them, and he always has a treat for Stormi, sometimes a new doll to add to her collection,” says the source. “A lot of guys would be intimidated dating a woman with young kids, but Timmy fits right in. Kylie feels so lucky!”
The Kardashians star, who shares kids with ex-boyfriend Travis Scott, has maintained a newfound glow since dating Timothée. The couple recently sat courtside at the Los Angeles Lakers and the Minnesota Timberwolves NBA game at Crypto.com Arena on Wednesday, April 30.
Color coordinating their outfits, Kylie and the Dune actor rocked edgy black and white ensembles. Timothée honored the late NBA legend Kobe Bryant by wearing a graphic T-Shirt of Kobe in his Lakers jersey and paired the top with a checkered jacket, acid-washed black jeans and combat boots. The makeup mogul, for her part, rocked leather pants, a white tank top and snakeskin boots.
Did Kylie put together Timothée’s outfit? Who knows, but a second source previously told Life & Style that the Oscar nominee lets his lady “do whatever she wants” with his look.
“She picks out his clothes, his jewelry, tells his stylist how to do his hair, she’s even had her guy wax his eyebrows into her [preferred] shape,” the second source exclusively told Life & Style in March.
Having a built-in stylist as a girlfriend makes the Wonka actor feel like a “real-life Ken doll” and is “having a blast and thinks Kylie has a great eye,” according to the insider.
Beyond the fun, materialistic side of the A-lister’s relationship, Kylie and Timothée have created a strong bond and learned how to allow their relationship in the public eye – all while maintaining a bit of privacy.
“Nobody predicted when Timmy started dating Kylie that it would become this intense, serious, pre-marital relationship, but that’s exactly what has happened and both of them do say they want to spend the rest of their lives together,” a third insider exclusively told Life & Style on March 31.
Kylie and Timothée’s “personal circle that an engagement is going to happen, sooner rather than later,” and, yes, it will be an over-the-top proposal.
“For both of them, getting engaged has the potential to be one of the biggest social media moments in history if they play their cards right,” source No. 3 dished, adding, “and Timmy is all about mixing business and pleasure to achieve that magical, viral result that gets him everything he wants and, naturally, makes him even more famous in the process.”
