Travis Kelce Took ‘Work Ethic’ Notes From Watching Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour Ahead of Super Bowl
Travis Kelce helped the Kansas City Chiefs make it to the 2025 Super Bowl and can thank his girlfriend, Taylor Swift, for keeping his head in the game after he took “a lot of notes” on her drive during the Eras tour.
“Her work ethic, what I saw on that tour last year, was pretty remarkable,” the NFL star, 35, said in a press conference earlier this week, per People. “I mean, to see the week in, week out traveling from one country to the next.”
Travis not only gave Taylor, 35, her flowers, but also her “band, the singers [and] everybody involved.”
“It was an absolute machine and it was something I could admire watching and take a lot of notes from,” the Grotesque star concluded.
Not only did Travis have the best seats in the house when he supported Taylor during her 149-show stretch, but he even joined her on stage during the London stop at Wembley Stadium on June 23, 2024.
That said, it’s safe to say that supporting one another is Traylor’s love language. The 2025 Super Bowl will mark the third consecutive year that Travis and the Chiefs made it to the big game – with Taylor in attendance to support for the second time.
Last year, the “Shake It Off” singer rushed to Allegiant Stadium, home of the Las Vegas Raiders, to cheer on Travis at the Super Bowl, despite performing in Tokyo less than 24 hours before. After the Chiefs beat the San Francisco 49ers, Taylor rushed to the field and congratulated her man with a warm embrace and endless kisses.
Now, Travis is gearing up for the Sunday, February 9, championship game in hopes of taking home a historic three-peat alongside his A-list cheerleader.
Travis’ older brother, Jason Kelce, confirmed that Taylor was going to the Super Bowl on Tuesday, February 4.
“I think everybody’s coming in,” the retired Philadelphia Eagles center, 37, told People at the time. “I mean, I don’t want to speak for everybody, but I think obviously, our whole family. I believe, obviously Trav and Taylor, and his family and his friends. I mean, Trav always travels like, full.”
Two days before Jason confirmed the news, Taylor seemingly gave a nod to Travis at the 67th Grammys. While walking the red carpet, the “Fortnight” signer donned a sparkly red Gucci minidress and paired the garment with a sexy leg chain that featured the letter “T.”
Taylor has not only shown an unwavering amount of love and support to Travis during the NFL season, but she also treats his Chiefs teammates and staff just the same.
“You know what’s crazy? I cannot get over how authentic she is,” the team’s chef, Erin Wishon, gushed to Us Weekly on Wednesday, February 5. “We feed the team, we’re standing outside the locker room. We see everybody when they come down the hall to leave. I was just really taken aback at how kind and authentic she is. I mean, you don’t have to greet the food people, you know? When somebody is like that, I think it’s really incredible.”
The following day, Life & Style reported that Travis and Taylor’s circle “assumes an engagement is coming” considering “a lot of people find it pretty extraordinary that it hasn’t happened already.”
“He is so open about Taylor being The One. He wants to spend the rest of his life with her and vice versa,” a source exclusively told Life & Style on Thursday, February 6, later adding, “Taking Taylor aside after the game and asking her to marry him would be the ultimate romantic gesture.”
