Travis Kelce’s Ex Kayla Nicole Attends Super Bowl 2025, Cheers for Philadelphia Eagles
Travis Kelce’s ex-girlfriend Kayla Nicole cheered for the Philadelphia Eagles as they played against the Kansas City Chiefs as she attended the 2025 Super Bowl.
During the Super Bowl on Sunday, February 9, Kayla, 33, took to her Instagram Stories to reveal she was at the game at Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Louisiana. After she shared a video showing the crowd celebrating an Eagles touchdown, Kayla made it clear who she was rooting for when she filmed herself singing the team’s fight song, “Fly, Eagles, Fly,” with friend Chrysty Gaither. “Where’s the bandwagon emoji?” she captioned the clip.
Kayla continued to show support for the Eagles when she took to the field following the game. She uploaded a video of herself holding a pile of green, black and white confetti in front of her face, which she blew towards the camera as Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us” played in the background. “They said there’s room on the wagon y’all,” she captioned the clip.
Her Instagram Stories continued with a clip of the influencer walking on the field, and she showed off her full outfit of a black crop top, black, green and white pants, a black baseball cap and sunglasses.
Despite her decision to root for the Eagles during the game, Kayla previously she thought that the Chiefs would win the championship match. “I have the Chiefs winning. They’re going to win. It’s going to be a three-peat. Patrick Mahomes is going to get the job done,” she told Us Weekly in an interview published on February 6. “I never, never bet against Patty Mahomes, period.”
“I remember specifically when the Patriots were winning year after year, I said the same thing. When the Celtics were doing it,” she further elaborated about her prediction. “Said the same thing. It just happens. I’m ready to see history be made.”
While Kayla assumed that the Chiefs would come out victorious, she was likely happy that the Eagles were able to win the game with a score of 40-22.
Kayla and Travis, 35, previously dated for five years before they called it quits in 2022. Their past relationship continued to make headlines when the tight end began dating Taylor Swift in the summer of 2023.
In light of Travis and Taylor’s relationship, Kayla has discussed the hateful comments she’s received on social media due to her past with the professional athlete.
“I would be lying if I said that that level of hate and just like online chaos doesn’t impact me. It does,” Kayla said while appearing on an October 2024 episode of the “Unapologetically Angel” podcast. “You could go to my most recent post, and there will be people debating each other why I am worthless, and I’ll never be a talented person, and I have no career.”
The Special Forces star continued, “I think that there’s something about that level of fame that attracts crazy people, and it’s unfortunate, because I’ve never done anything to warrant that kind of backlash.”
