Tyler Cameron’s GF Tate Madden Reacts After Troll Says She’s ‘Not’ Pretty Enough to Be Dating Him
Tyler Cameron’s girlfriend, Tate Madden, is clapping back after trolls deemed her not attractive enough to be with the Bachelorette star.
Tate, 30, shared the comment from a troll, which read, “She’s pretty, but not Tyler Cameron pretty,” in a TikTok post uploaded on Tuesday, March 11.
“See, this comment’s really nice because not only is she calling me pretty, [but] she’s saying I’m not Tyler Cameron pretty,’ which is basically her saying I don’t look like a boy,” she said in the video clip. “She just thinks I’m really pretty. Like, I’m a really pretty girl. It’s really nice of you.”
The photographer captioned the post, “This is just really sweet and I had to share.”
Tyler, 32, had his girlfriend’s back in the comment section, writing, “Tate’s army is strong. Love y’all.”
Bachelor season 28 winner and Joey Graziadei’s final rose winner, Kelsey Anderson, also added a message of support, writing, “She’s a fan.”
The Bachelorette runner-up met Tate after returning to his hometown of Jupiter, Florida, hoping to settle down after years in New York City. Meanwhile, Tate moved back to the area following her mom’s death in 2020. The pair connected in 2022 while filming Tyler’s show Going Home with Tyler Cameron, which followed the reality TV personality as he launched his own construction company and renovated his late mother’s home.

Tate did photography for the show and the rest was history. “It started off, we were just working together,” he told E! News in 2024. “It was always platonic and cool, and she was always the life of the party and fun. Everyone gravitates toward her. She’s just a ball of fun energy, and everyone enjoys being around her.”
Although Tate never appeared on the Bachelor franchise, she did have a Bachelor Nation favorite in her corner who encouraged the relationship — Jason Tartick.
The “Trading Secrets” podcast host, 36, saw the sparks on set while being featured as an investor in a rental property and encouraged the Florida native to go for the romance.
“Jason tried to set us up. In a deleted scene from Going Home with Tyler Cameron, Tate was helping us be a photographer for the images we were using for our Airbnb that we were building,” he explained to E! News. “And he was like, ‘I see something here. You better go on a date. Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.’ And Jason was right, I gotta admit. Jason had an eye for it.”
The pair went on their first date in September 2023 and made their relationship Instagram official more than a year later. The romance continues to blossom, however, Tyler admitted to having some fears about their future.
“[Having kids is] a fear I have, and it has nothing to do with Tate,” he said on the “Trading Secrets” podcast in November 2024. “It’s just when I grew up, I had parents who busted their asses and worked their asses off for us, gave us everything they had. We lost everything in the [2008 stock] market crash.”
