Watch Out, Mexico! Caitlin Clemmens Might Stir Up Trouble on ‘BIP’
Watch out, ladies! Caitlin Clemmens is headed to season 6 of Bachelor in Paradise, and it looks like the brunette beauty is going to stir up some trouble in Mexico. The 25-year-old arrived during the Monday, August 19, episode — but will she find love?
Caitlin gets the coveted date card from Chris Harrison, and as soon as she walked onto the beach, she asked Dean Unglert out on a date. So, will Dean, 28, be getting involved in another love triangle since he recently had an amazing time with Caelynn Miller-Keyes during their one on one?
Caitlin appeared on Colton Underwood’s season of The Bachelor, but she was sent home during week 3 after the athlete, 27, told her they didn’t have any chemistry. “Caitlin is a successful realtor from Canada, who enjoys photography, painting and singing in the shower,” her ABC biography read. She graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2017 and then moved to Toronto to become a realtor at Starke Reality.
But Caitlin moved on with another Bachelor alum — Chad Johnson. However, their relationship was filled with ~drama.~ Chad slid into Caitlin’s DMs on Instagram in early 2019, he exclusively told Life & Style. The 32-year-old explained that Caitlin was “a bit held back” about taking their relationship public because of his “villain” image in the Bachelor world.
“In that world, I’m still the bad guy,” he said. “A lot of the viewers who have seen that show haven’t seen the other four shows I’ve done where I’m actually a pretty good guy … So, I’m trying to see where that goes. I’m serious about actually finding a relationship. So, if she goes on Paradise or something, I would love to go on Paradise. But at this point, I don’t know.”
Chad later accused Caitlin of cheating on him at a club, but it seems like the former flames had different views of what their relationship entailed. “I tried to remain very respectful while shutting down dating allegations by simply stating that we were not dating and I had no plans to date him. It seems as though that respect is not reciprocated,” she told Us Weekly in response to the rumors. “In no way did our shared time constitute a committed relationship and that is why I attempted to respectfully shut down those rumors.”
Will Caitlin find a guy in Paradise? Will Dean fall for her? Only time will tell!
