John Cena Spotted With New Girl Shay Shariatzadeh ‘Multiple Times’ As Nikki Bella Moves on With Artem Chigvintsev
Let’s just hope she wasn’t serious. Total Bellas star Nikki Bella recently said it would “kill her” to see ex John Cena move on with another woman, but she might actually have to start dealing with that reality. Amid reports that the 41-year-old wrestler was spotted with new girl Shay Shariatzadeh earlier this week, two eyewitnesses revealed exclusive details to Life & Style about the pair’s outings in Vancouver.
“John and his new girlfriend have been out in the public multiple times,” Nina Safai, a Canadian blogger, explained to Life & Style. “I’ve seen them together four times now. It started on March 3, and I’ve been running into them once or twice a week since then. I first saw them at Thierry dessert shop — it seemed like their first or second date.”
If you’re wondering why John is hanging out in Vancouver, we’re here to remind you he’s a movie star now. He’s spending time in the Canadian city filming Playing With Fire. “I saw them another time walking on Georgia and Granville,” Nina continued. “So, yeah, they’ve been pretty much walking around, eating, shopping and working out together.”
The blogger added that the duo was also spotted at Seasons in the Park restaurant together, so it seems as though they’ve been enjoying each other’s company.
“John’s been out a lot in Vancouver,” a second eyewitness, Joe D’Aquisto, revealed to Life & Style, and added that he also saw John with his new lady. “They were holding hands when I saw them walk by. As soon as I walked out of Starbucks they were crossing the crosswalk at a crowded intersection and I kinda hurried to catch them. Once I was almost to them they stopped and she was kissing him so I kind of hung back until that was over and then asked for a photo.”
Shay is a product manager at Avigilon, a Motorola Solutions Company based in Vancouver and graduated from the University of British Columbia in Electrical and Electronics Engineering with intentions to pursue engineering. Smart girl.
Meanwhile, Nikki, 35, confirmed her relationship with her former Dancing with the Stars partner Artem Chigvintsev on March 25, just three days before John sparked dating rumors with Shay, so the timing on his new possible relationship does seem a little interesting.
Prior to both reality stars’ new relationships, Nikki and John dated for five years before getting engaged in April 2017. But the engagement, unfortunately, didn’t last and they broke it off in April 2018 — just weeks before they were set to walk down the aisle. The wrestling duo got together one last time before officially splitting for good in summer 2018. Nikki and Artem, 36, were linked soon after.
