Less than six months after Josh filed for divorce from Christina, news broke that he moved on with Stephanie. On January 10, 2025, a source told Us Weekly that “Josh met someone wonderful in Nashville, and they have been happily dating for some time.”
“He hasn’t made a show of the relationship, but it’s not a secret. Josh is just low-key,” the insider told the outlet at the time. “He is very happy with his life and looking forward to 2025 and what’s on the horizon. This is the happiest he’s been in some time.”
The source also noted that Josh “wasn’t trying to date,” but he stumbled across Stephanie, his “perfect match.”
Josh Hall Confirms Relationship With Girlfriend Stephanie Gabrys
After sparking dating rumors online, Josh hard-launched his relationship with Stephanie via Instagram Stories on January 13, 2025.
“Happy birthday to this real life [angel emoji],” he wrote over a photo of Stephanie sitting on his lap as they sat around an outdoor fireplace on a mountain.
While neither of the pair have made it onto the grid, Josh and Stephanie haven’t shied away from commenting on each other’s Instagram posts.
In October 2024, Josh left tropical and flirty emojis under a series of professional bikini photos of Stephanie. He also left a message in the comments section of her family holiday post that December, writing, “You’re just as much a blessing to them as they are to you.”
Stephanie replied, “You are always the absolute sweetest!! You are also on my and so many others, list of blessings! Truly grateful for you!”
Meanwhile, Josh shared that 2024 was a “tough” year as he rang in 2025, leading Stephanie to send him words of encouragement and support.
“Proud of you and the strong, patient, hard working, generous, and kind hearted man you are! 2025 is going to be the best year yet!” she wrote in the comments section of the January 1, 2025, Instagram post.

While they both listed “irreconcilable differences” as their reason for separating, the former couple listed two different dates of separation. The Flip or Flop alum wrote down July 7, 2024, while Josh listed July 8, 2024.
On January 9, 2025, the HGTV star shared that their divorce is “going to trial” because Josh “doesn’t want to do mediation.”
“It’s going to be fun,” Christina joked during an appearance on Radio Andy’s Jeff Lewis Live at the time. “Can’t wait.”
The following day, and hours before news broke of Josh and Stephanie’s relationship, Daily Mail reported that Christina also has a new man in her life.
“Christina has been dating Chris Larocca for a few months now. They’re always together and out and about around Newport,” a source told the outlet at the time.
