Post Malone’s ex-fiancée’s name was revealed when she filed legal documents requesting primary custody of their daughter. Now, fans want to know more about Hee Sung “Jamie” Park.
Who Is Post Malone’s Ex-Fiancee?
While not much is known about Park, her identity was revealed when she filed for primary custody of their daughter. She gave birth to the little one, whose name has not been disclosed, in May 2022. Malone, whose real name is Austin Richard Post, and Park kept their relationship out of the spotlight, and fans previously only referred to her as “Jamie.” It’s unclear where the moniker originated.
Post Malone Filed His Own Custody Documents Before Hee Sung Park
Park filed for primary physical custody of their child in Los Angeles Superior Court in April 2025, according to court documents obtained by People. In her filing, she also requested joint legal custody and that Malone cover her legal expenses.
However, TMZ reported on April 18, 2025, that Malone filed his own custody documents in the state of Utah. The outlet reported that he filed in Utah because that’s where he had been splitting custody of his daughter with Park, and the case will be handled there. This also means that the amount of money Malone has to pay in child support will be less than if the case was handled in California. California allows for higher payments for child support than Utah.
When Did Post Malone and Hee Sung Park Get Engaged?
Malone has always stayed tight-lipped regarding his private life, but in a June 2022 appearance on The Howard Stern Show, he let it slip that he did have a fiancée at the time, referring to Park. A little over a year later, Malone gave fans a few more details on their relationship and revealed that Park actually turned him down the first time he proposed.
“We’re not married — it was just a proposal,” Post explained. “I had lost a significant amount of money at the table. We go upstairs and I’m off my rocker hammered and I was like, ‘Hey, you wanna marry me?’” Malone said during an August 2023 episode of the “Call Her Daddy” podcast. “I got a ring and all this stuff. And she said ‘no.’ She’s like, ‘Ask me tomorrow,’ and I was like, ‘Alright.’ And then I did and I was sober and it was nice.”
However, Malone has never specified the exact date he proposed and has spoken publicly about his desire to keep Park and his daughter out of the spotlight.
“I feel like a lot of people feel entitled to know every single detail of everyone’s life and it’s why I don’t want to post any pictures of my baby, because I want her to be able to make that decision whenever she wants to and is ready,” the “I Had Some Help” singer said during an interview with CR Fashion Book in September 2023.
By January 2025, Malone and Park had called it quits. He was seen in Rome with Christy Lee while going on a dinner date at the Mascagni Hotel.
