Listen, she’s considering it — but she’s not so sure. Real Housewives of New York alum Jill Zarin caught up with Life & Style exclusively at WEtv’s Love After Lockup screening presented by OK! Magazine and dished about why she’s a bit hesitant to make a full-time return to the show that made her a household name.

“I don’t want to ruin the relationship with Gary,” the 55-year-old explained about her deep connection with boyfriend Gary Brody, who was also in attendance at the event. “You know how TV can ruin relationships so probably not the best idea.”

The redhead has definitely seen a few Bravo relationships come to a close as a result of being highly publicized, like former friend Bethenny Frankel and her ex, Jason Hoppy, who are now in a cutthroat custody battle for their daughter. It makes sense she would be skeptical, but amid her happy coupling, she’s got a lot of projects going on to keep her busy — and out of the RHONY spotlight full-time.

“I think that people will be surprised, nobody will be surprised at what I’m doing, but that the show did such amazing things for me,” she revealed. “You know, I’d like to go back in some ways but in some ways, you know, it’s a scary proposition because Gary is dangerous and you know he’s gonna get me in trouble.”

As ~dangerous~ as her tennis-playing beau is, for Jill, she prefers the environment where there’s a little less pressure but you still get to be a part of things. “Friend role is great, friend role is the best,” she explained. “Because I never did it for the money, it was never about money for me so yeah, it was more to have fun and I think that it would be fun but you know if it’s meant to be, it’s meant to be.”

We know we’d love to see her back.
