As for the 44-year-old baseball player’s younger daughter, Ella, 11, she also adored watching Emme on stage. “My favorite part was when the little girls came out and Emme sang, it was really good,” she gushed.

A-Rod’s precious girls weren’t the only ones praising the high-energy show. “Can we talk about how amazing [J. Lo]’s daughter Emme sang and on such a huge stage like the Super Bowl,” Kim Kardashian tweeted. “AMAZING!! She ABSOLUTELY CRUSHED IT! Wow, that was so fun! I’m so proud of you, Jen!” the Shark Tank investor wrote on Instagram to accompany a video of him dancing on the field with Natasha and Ella.

Jennifer, 50, put on an incredible performance with Shakira. The Latin beauties also welcomed  and Bad Bunny on stage with them. No one could stop talking about how incredible the “Jenny From the Block” artist and 43-year-old “She Wolf” singer looked while completely rocking their dance numbers.

Life & Style exclusively spoke with Shakira’s personal trainer and founder of , Anna Kaiser, about what the singer eats to prepare for her performances — specifically, the big game.

“Little to no sugar if possible. Really focusing on vegetables and healthy proteins [and] healthy fat sources,” Anna explained while promoting the  30-Day Challenge, which launched on January 15, and helps raise awareness and funding for the metastatic breast cancer community through 30 days of mindfulness activities and life hacks.

“We come up with smaller meals every two to three hours so that she can maintain her energy throughout the day,” Anna added. Her energy was electric on stage so it looks like all that fuel is paying off.
