Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds Take Their Two Daughters for a Stroll in New York City

It looks like the pair are spending lots of quality time with their daughters before the new baby arrives, which is totally sweet. In early May, the couple announced they were expecting their third baby. Blake basically pulled a Beyoncé when she showed up to Ryan’s Detective Pikachu premiere showing off her baby bump in a stunning yellow dress, which naturally shocked fans all around.

Though it’s only been a little over a month since they revealed the exciting news, they have yet to confirm the sex of the baby. However, according to a source who exclusive spoke to Life & Style in May, Ryan is hoping for a boy. “They already have two daughters James, and while they’re just hoping for a healthy child, they’re secretly wanting a boy,” the insider revealed. “Ryan says he’s outnumbered at home, he’s trying to even the playing field, so a son would be great.”

It doesn’t come as a total surprise that the Gossip Girl alum and her hubby are expecting again considering that they both grew up with many siblings. “Blake comes from a big family, five kids, and Ryan’s parents had four, so she loves the idea of having a lot of children,” the source continued. “Ryan, who didn’t grow up with any sisters, says he already knows a boy is coming, he says he can feel it.”

Ryan is all about being a dad, despite the fact that he can’t help but make jokes about parenting. “Being a father is the single greatest feeling on earth. Not including those wonderful years I spent without a child, of course,” he tweeted in 2016. LOL. Very funny, Ryan.

Not only is he a great father, but he’s also a devoted husband. Another source exclusively revealed to Life & Style that Ryan and Blake make sure to prioritize their relationship. “While juggling their busy work schedules with looking after daughters, James and Inez can be challenging, Ryan still manages to find the time to organize something special for Blake at least once a week, especially now she’s pregnant with baby number three,” the insider said.
