Setting goals! Total Bellas star Brie Bella took to her Instagram Stories to reveal her postpartum weight loss and fitness plans on Saturday, September 5. “I don’t know, I’m really feeling it,” the 36-year-old gushed to fans about getting back to her healthy lifestyle. “I want to get into shape and I miss the gym, so I’m gonna do this.”

“Today, I am five weeks postpartum and I have one more week until I’m hopefully cleared to work out,” the WWE alum began in a series of selfie videos. “I’ve been dying to work out, it’s been killing me.”

The mother of two decided to outsource some workout advice from other mamas on social media. “But I was wanting to know people’s certain tricks on losing baby weight. I am, gosh, about 13 pounds away from my pre-weight with Buddy,” she explained, noting the warm weather in Arizona hasn’t helped with motivation. “But it’s hot, right? This heatwave, I’m like, can we please go away?”

“But obviously, cardio I know and some weight training. But someone told me yesterday — Antonio told me — I could do 30 minutes of hardcore walking on a treadmill so I’m gonna try that but if there’s any other stuff, DM me,” the reality star added. “I’m dying to figure out some good tricks and stuff.”

Brie’s decision comes just over one month after giving birth to her second child — a son named Buddy Dessert — with husband Daniel Bryan (real name: Bryan Danielson) on August 1. Her twin sister, Nikki Bella, welcomed her first child — a son named Matteo Artemovich — with fiancé Artem Chigvintsev one day prior on July 31.

“Nikki and Brie gave birth on almost the same day, and they couldn’t be happier about it,” an insider exclusively told Life & Style just after the two baby boys were born. “There was no sibling rivalry between them when it came to sharing their special day.”

Considering the former wrestlers are “already close,” it makes sense that “carrying their babies together and then giving birth so close has only strengthened their bond.” Now all Brie needs is for Nikki to join her on her postpartum fitness journey!
