Brittany Mahomes Slams Buffalo Bills Fans, Defends Husband Patrick Mahomes: ‘Disgusting’

Brittany Mahomes defended husband Patrick Mahomes and slammed Buffalo Bills fans for taking NFL rivalry too far after their loss against the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday, January 26.

“Do you remember this Buffalo? Absolutely disgusting … So, as you go home tonight, I pray we become better people,” Brittany, 29, wrote via Instagram Stories.

The former soccer star’s message was shared alongside a photo of a Kermit the Frog doll hanging from a pole wearing a red No. 15 jersey, the number Patrick, 29, sports on his Chiefs uniform.

In a follow-up post, Brittany thanked her fans who had “concerns” for Patrick during the 2024-2025 NFL season, writing, “See y’all in New Orleans. [Heart] his wife.”

Despite clapping back at the haters, Brittany experienced a day she won’t forget as the Kansas City Chiefs rose to victory against the Buffalo Bills during the 2025 AFC Championship game, marking their third consecutive win.

During the game, Brittany watched Patrick lead the Chiefs as the superstar quarterback from their private suite. Once the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model made her way down the field to celebrate their win, she hugged Taylor Swift, who’s dating Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.

Off the field, Brittany has always been protective over her family – especially after she and Patrick welcomed baby No. 3, daughter Golden Raye Mahomes, on January 12. The couple also share daughter Sterling Skye Mahomes and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes.

The Kansas City Union Station celebrated the growing Mahomes’ family and beautifully honored the local celebrity couple.

“For a second night, Union Station is bathed in gold as we join the KC community in congratulating @brittanylynne and @patrickmahomes on the arrival of their third child,” the historic train station’s official Instagram account captioned the January 14 post. “And tonight, we celebrate this special three-peat with our center arches illuminated in sterling silver, bronze and gold.”

When Brittany isn’t defending her family, she doesn’t hesitate to stand up for herself against trolls. In fact, she was accused of being on a “high horse” while talking to staff after the Chiefs won the AFC Championship in 2024 after taking on the Baltimore Ravens.

In January 2024, CBS News shared a video via TikTok of Brittany and brother-in-law Jackson Mahomes saying goodbye to Patrick as he headed into the locker room with his teammates. While parting ways, Brittany turned to nearby staff, asking, “Where do we go from here?” The Brittany Lynne Fitness founder used her hands to speak with the member of the crew, which didn’t sit well with fans who watched the clip.

“Mahomes’ wife needs to get up off her high horse,” one fan wrote in the comments section of the post.

A second person wrote, “Britney [sic] Mahomes personality is BRUTAL. The attitude.”

Brittany reacted to the hate shortly after via Instagram Stories, admitting that she takes “rumors as a compliment.”

“The fact that you’re bringing my name onto tables I don’t sit at shows your obsession,” she wrote. “Stay bothered.”
