Candace Cameron Bure Is Forever Our #Fitspo — Check Out Her Best Workouts and Advice!

No one’s more committed to health and fitness than Candace Cameron Bure! The Fuller House star always keeps her fans inspired by sharing her workouts and motivational messages on social media, and her ever-changing routine is anything but boring.

I love working out and I do all kinds of things,” Candace told Life & Style exclusively in 2019. “I think bodyweight [training] is really cool, because you don’t realize — even if you just go to do push-ups or pull-ups, it’s difficult for a lot of us to even move our body on its own. So, doing a lot of plyometrics and simple things that seem like super old school, like jumping jacks and push-ups. Trust me, if you can do ’em and do a lot of them, they’ll change your body and I love doing those the most.” She’s also shared videos trying hula hoop routines, pilates workouts and more!

For years, Candace has worked with trainer Kira Stokes, and the two have built an amazing relationship, even with some distance between them. “She lives in New York, I live in L.A. so we don’t see each other in person very often,” Candace said. Luckily, Kira has an app that Candace can use to get sweaty, whether it’s just for a quick morning workout or a longer session.

Candace shared one of her at-home weighted workouts in February 2020 and explained how much exercise boosts her mood. “Getting in a few minutes changed my spirit!” she wrote. “The endorphins from movement and exercise are everything! Need a pick me up? Smile and get moving! It will change your day. I use the @kirastokesfit app at home. She’s the best.”

Even amid the coronavirus pandemic, Candace set a routine for herself and her family to make sure health stayed a priority. “We’ve made a schedule, and so that has been really helpful,” she told Closer in 2020. “We still get up every morning and work out and shower, and then go about our day in the things we can do.”

When it comes to staying in shape, the Aurora Teagarden Mysteries star stays focused year-round, and doesn’t fall into fitness traps like New Year’s resolutions. “I don’t make New Year’s resolutions!” she once told Life & Style. “I’m always trying to be the best I can be and stay healthy and stay fit and make the best choices throughout the year. I feel like if I make a resolution, it just gets checked off as, like, a fail in my life because we never keep them. So, I don’t make them, and again, I give myself grace when I mess up but just try to be the best I can be all year long.”
