Fox's new music competition The Four's biggest draw is it's huge name judges. Featuring Sean "Diddy" Combs, Meghan Trainor, DJ Khaled, and Fergie, it's sure to be a breakout hit in 2018. However, you may not recognize the name of the last judge on the roster… yet. But you definitely will by the end of the first season! So, get to know The Four judge Charlie Walk, below!

He's the Simon Cowell of The Four.

Simon quickly became everyone's favorite judge on American Idol, even though most people hadn't heard of him before the show. His expertise in the music biz and his tough love persona made him the star of the show, and Charlie will likely do the same with his impressive resume. The new face is actually an old pro as the president of Republic Records, and he's also been an executive, entrepreneur, and founder at JWALK, Sony, Epic Records and Colombia Records.

He's a dad and husband.

We told you he was the new Simon, but the fact that he's a dad might make him a little kinder. Charlie is a father of four and he lives with his wife Lauran and kids in Manhattan's Tribeca neighborhood. While he's the boss at work, his wife runs the show at home. “At home, she’s the boss,” he told Billboard. When I put my keys down, it’s her show. I understand when I need to shut the engines down and be a husband and a father.”

But he's a cool dad, and he loves social media.

Charlie is all about up and coming technology and apps, and talked about his faves in an interview with Bilboard in 2017. "I love and use Snap. It's a modern pop culture communication platform where music content should be integrated appropriately. But someone has to pay for it. Michael Lynton understands the value of music so I'm bullish on its future there."

He's responsible for some of your favorite songs.

The Weeknd, Drake, Ariana Grande, Post Malone, Taylor Swift… so many of your faves work with Charlie. The first hit he worked on was New Kids on the Block’s “Step by Step” in 1990, and he's been making hits ever since. That's why he's one of the most respected and passionate guys in the biz!
