Mommy daughter day! Chrissy Teigen and her daughter, Luna, stepped out together in New York City on Tuesday, May 21. The adorable duo looked packed up and ready to head out of town with their bags in tow. Chrissy and John Legend have been enjoying time with their family in the Big Apple the past few days. They were even spotted on an ice cream date straight out of a romantic comedy. It looks like the Lip Sync Battle host was ready to spend a little one-on-one time with her daughter in cozy ensembles. The 33-year-old looked chic in black workout clothes, a long sweater, sunglasses and a baseball hat. Luna, 3, was as precious as always in a grey sweater, pigtails and the tiniest pair of Uggs we’ve ever seen. The two seemed dressed for a cross-country flight back home to Los Angeles.

The ladies don’t just look alike (genetics, duh) but they share a lot of the same charisma, according to John, 40. “She really is [funny]. She’s got a lot of Chrissy’s personality,” The Voice coach told ET about his spunky daughter.

The fact that she has a lot of charm isn’t lost on Luna. The EGOT winner explained, “She even knows she’s funny already. She plays for laughs sometimes, which is hilarious.”

Her proud dad mentioned that she has a bit of the acting bug. “She does all kinds of funny things, just telling stories and she’s in that phase where she’s role-playing everything and she has Godzilla toys and girly dolls and everything in between … She’s acting out scenes all the time. She’s very entertaining,” he gushed.

Cherished Time

Chrissy absolutely adores motherhood. The cookbook author reflected to Life & Style about the sweet book she receives every year on Mother’s Day from her hubby that chronicles their past year and she got a bit emotional. “You get to go back through and see how much you’ve done. There’s always tears, and you can’t believe how fast a year goes by, so it’s a fantastic gift,” she said. We think these parents are totally killing it!
