Find yourself someone who can do it all! Christina Anstead took to Instagram on Wednesday, September 25, to gush about her husband Ant Anstead’s many talents, including fixing cars. Needless to say, her lengthy shout-out was beyond sweet.

“Solo Show was a Vision Board Goal Reality! So proud of my hard-working hubby @ant_anstead and the work he has put in this summer!” the 36-year-old captioned a photo of him. “Seriously, he is good at everything!!! He produced Ant Anstead Master Mechanic based on a car he built literally from scratch while healing from a torn bicep and dealing with a third trimester mama. I have seen the car and it’s 🔥 🔥.” She concluded the post by including “#proudwifey” and by revealing that the show will air on October 10 on the Motor Trend app.

We love that Christina takes the time to cheer on Ant — regardless of how busy she is. The blonde beauty gave birth to their first child together on September 6, and she’s been putting her great multi-tasking skills to use ever since. In addition to giving her newborn son, Hudson, plenty of attention, she threw her 9-year-old daughter, Taylor, a birthday party on September 21. However, she may have overdone it. On September 24, the Christina on the Coast star told her fans that she injured herself after the festivities.

“Well … I’m a moron,” she captioned an Instagram selfie with Hudson. “I felt totally fine since one week postpartum — like zero pain — but I was resting and taking it easy … and then I threw Tay a B-day party and was lifting and running around all weekend … And yesterday I woke up like, ‘Oh crap.’ … And today, ‘Oh crap,’ turned into, ‘Oh s–t. I definitely hurt myself.'”

The mom of three then confessed that she’s in pain, but it’s not because of her c-section. “It’s my left abdomen, and it hurts bad. ;/ So please, [to] anyone who just had a baby: Don’t overdo it. I always want to be the people pleaser in the family and make sure everyone knows how much I care about them, but in doing so I wasn’t taking care of myself. Back to bed rest and baby cuddles. 💙”

Like Christina, her ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, is all about ensuring the children are a priority. During HGTV’s A Very Brady Renovation premiere on September 5, he exclusively revealed to Life & Style that for him, “the kids are first.” Good parenting 101!
