Did you notice something ~different~ about Colton Underwood during his shower sequence on the Women Tell All special? What about while the 27-year-old was talking with his hands on After the Final Rose? Need a hint? The Bachelor got himself a couple of new tattoos since filming his season, and they were on full display on March 12!

The first of the two new pieces is a thick black cross on his right forearm. He revealed the tat, which definitely wasn’t there during the season, on his Instagram Stories recently while enjoying a cup of coffee recently. The other tattoo is on his opposite wrist, and it says “29:11.” The tattoo may actually kinda relate to his story on the show, if you read into the bible verse it’s from. “‘For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.'” Sounds like just the inspiration he needed after his heartache and eventual reunion with Cassie Randolph!

So, are those the only tattoos Colton has? It appears so. We saw him shirtless an awful lot throughout his time on the hit ABC reality show, and his back, arms, chest, and legs were always totally ink-free. It seems like he got inspired after his tenure, so maybe there’s still more to come!

Fans were super excited when they started noticing his new body art. “I’m loving @colton’s new tattoos 😍🙌🏼” said one hyped-up fan. Another follower was shocked to learn she and Colton actually have matching ink. “The fact that @colton & I have same tattoo makes me skoqmadiduqgairnbsqyidndbiwdodnbs 😍,” she wrote. A third said, “where the heck did that tattoo come from?!?!?!”

However, the best comment came from this fan, who wrote: “Hey @colton, I have a new bible verse you should get tattooed to always remember your @BachelorABC experience. ‘With my God I can scale a wall.’ – Samuel 22:30.” Yes, that’s a real bible verse, and we’re making a petition for him to get that tattoo ASAP.
