Someone’s seriously in love, y’all. Model Emily Ratajkowski recently shared the sweetest photo on her Instagram Stories showing off her most prized “treasures” — one of which being a gorgeous necklace with husband Sebastian Bear-McClard‘s photo in it. Talk about being a romantic at heart!

“Treasures,” she captioned the above shot of a jewelry dish full of a bunch of different necklaces, bracelets and rings. The circular pendant in question had a group photo of herself, her husband, 32, and their dog, Colombo. Not only is it basically the cutest photo and item ever, but the pendant is also encrusted in what looks like diamonds. No wonder why it’s so special!

It makes sense to see such a stark dedication of love from the model, 28, because she has been loved up with her film producer bae since early 2018. The couple actually tied the knot shortly after they started dating and said “I do” on February 23, 2018 — and even went ~Instagram Official~ for the first time on their wedding day.

You’d think a gorgeous babe like Em would want a really lavish wedding … but actually, the couple decided to go super low-key and have a courthouse ceremony at City Hall in NYC. They were joined by several of Emily’s closest friends, including her BFF and business partner, Kat Mendenhall (a.k.a. @tremendy).

Since their nuptials really surprised fans and followers, it would make sense for folks to assume the couple might not go the distance. But it looks as though they’re as strong as could be right now. “Emily has known Sebastian for years,” an insider told Us Weekly at the time of the surprise wedding. “They were all in a friend group … he wasn’t a stranger.” And that’s the tea, kids!

In the last year, EmRata has been spotted out with her hubby quite a bit. The dynamic duo were seen bringing their puppy to the dog park together back in June, just days after she shouted him out for being an epic doggy dad on Father’s Day. So dang sweet! And she isn’t shy about their love — she posted a steamy bed selfie of the pair in late September.

Can you say #CoupleGoals?
