Awards Show Season Has Begun! See What Your Favorite Celebrities Wore to the 2020 Golden Globes

… And just like that, it’s awards show season all over again! First up, the 2020 Golden Globes. On Sunday, January 5, the biggest and brightest stars in Hollywood descended onto the red carpet in Beverly Hills and of course, the fashion did not disappoint!

As thankful as we are for the glamorous distraction, we’re practically sitting on pins and needles waiting to find out who will take home the gold. After all, with a set of nominees this incredible, it’s anybody’s guess! 

That said, we do have some, er, preferences as far as who we’d like to see giving an acceptance speech. For starters, we would most definitely love to see Jennifer Lopez take home the award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role. Her depiction of Ramona in Hustlers was everything!

Not to mention, the longtime A-lister, 50, worked incredibly hard to prepare for the role. “Life begins at the end of your comfort zone. This was definitely one of the hardest things I’ve ever done physically, but it was all worth it in the end,” J. Lo wrote in September, along with sharing a  “How I Mastered the Pole Dance” on YouTube.

“It’s rough on your body,” she confessed in the clip. “It’s real acrobatics, but I’m just trying to learn the mechanics right now because strippers have lots of time to practice. You know, they’re there every night. If they work the club every night, they start learning little by little … but we have to do a crash course.”

Clearly, the crash course paid off! Well done, J. Lo. We’ll be rooting for you. As for some other nominees we’ll be cheering on? Rachel Brosnahan for The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel, Jennifer Aniston in The Morning Show, oh wait … Reese Witherspoon is also nominated for Big Little Lies in that category.
