Evan Peters Is Known for More Than Just Being Halsey’s BF: Get to Know All About the Actor
You may have noticed the internet basically lost it after Halsey shared a sweet black and white photo booth pic with her boyfriend, Evan Peters, for his birthday on Monday, January 20.
“Happy birthday darling,” she captioned the Instagram snap. “I can’t imagine a world without you in it.” The couple officially started dating in October 2019, and since then, fans can’t help but admire the “Without Me” singer for speaking their relationship into existence.
In 2013, she tweeted, “Petition for Evan Peters to date me.” This has inspired many to shoot their shot. “Halsey used to be a 1D and 5SOS account and now she’s f–king Evan Peters. If she can do it, anyone can,” wrote one person on Twitter. “Halsey manifesting her and Evan Peters being together in the future is the most powerful thing,” wrote another. It truly is!
However, Evan is known for way more than simply being Halsey’s beau. While most people know him from his various roles on American Horror Story, you may be surprised to know that the actor’s career goes as far back as being a teen star. Before he became a hunk, he often played quirky, geeky teenage roles, such as the one in the 2004 chick flick Sleepover.
Evan was also a Disney Channel star when he was on Phil of the Future from 2004 to 2005. Since then, he’s had roles on many fan-favorite TV shows such as One Tree Hill, Criminal Minds and The Office. Alas, came American Horror Story in 2011. The actor starred in season 1 through 8, and decided to take a break from the series for season 9, which premiered in September 2019.
Besides showcasing his acting skills while playing all kids of characters, including serial killers, cult leaders and more, Evan gained a lot of attention for his then high-profile relationship with ex and AHS costar Emma Roberts.
Evan and Emma dated on and off from 2012 until 2019. Over the course of their relationship, they broke up about three times and got engaged until they finally called it quits for good. Since then, Emma has moved on with boyfriend Garrett Hedlund. Meanwhile, Evan and Halsey proved timing and fate is a real thing!
