Fall 2016

Similarly to a lot of other A-list couples, Amy and Chris’ relationship escalated pretty quickly. In fact, the comedian, 38, and famous chef, 39, only met in late 2016. How did they link up, you ask? Well, the good ol’ fashion way — through family members! Basically, Amy’s assistant, Molly, is Chris’ sister and set them up. Pretty sweet, right?

By November 2017, Chris and Amy were photographed together in public for the first time while having a romantic dinner at Café Altro Paradiso in New York City. Sure, it’s not Instagram Official, but that’s still a big step.

Fast forward just a few days later … and Amy and Chris got married on February 13! That’s right, y’all. After only dating for three months, the loved-up duo decided to take the plunge. “It was a very chill wedding. It was thrown together last minute,” a source dished to Us Weekly at the time.

“Most of the guests found out the wedding was happening on Tuesday from a text message sent out by Amy on Sunday. It was like, ‘Hey, this is happening. If you can make it, great. If not, no worries,’” they continued. “People were in and out all night. It was a gorgeous day. Everyone was having a good time.”

Perhaps our favorite milestone in Amy and Chris’ relationship, is when the I Feel Pretty actress announced that she was pregnant in October 2018. Amy shared a Photoshopped image their heads over Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s bodies. Need we say more?

On May 5, Amy and Chris welcomed their son, Gene Attell Fischer, into the world. “10:55 p.m. last night. Our royal baby was born,” Amy captioned a precious family photo.

Since then, Amy and Chris have proven to be the most dedicated (and hilarious) parents ever. Amy is constantly uploading adorable moments of herself spending quality time with Gene! We can’t wait to watch the little guy grow up … and hopefully, get a little brother or sister soon. *Wink, wink.*
