Former Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe Reveals If She’s Dating Again After Jason Tartick Split
Kaitlyn Bristowe’s road to the altar was put on pause when she and ex-fiancé Jason Tartick called off their engagement in August 2023. Although the former Bachelorette has maintained a newfound privacy in her love life, she has since been linked to another Bachelor Nation alum and revealed in April 2025 where she stands in her dating life.

Fans have known almost every detail about her adult dating life after making her reality TV debut on Chris Soules’ season 19 of The Bachelor. That said, she decided to switch gears and keep her dating life out of the spotlight once she and Jason called off their engagement.
On April 22, 2025, Kaitlyn told People that she was “dating and happy.”
“Honestly, I’ve been protecting my peace the most that I ever have in my life,” the Dancing With the Stars alum told the outlet. “And that’s opened up some really beautiful doors for beautiful humans to enter, and I’m really happy where I’m at.”
However, she did not reveal the identity of her new partner.
Kaitlyn Bristowe Sparked Dating Rumors With Zac Clark
Fans were stunned when Kaitlyn was seen getting cozy with Zac Clark during New Year’s Eve 2023. The “Off the Vine” podcaster wrapped her arm around Zac’s shoulders as she stood on an elevated surface and participated in the countdown into the new year.
Zac won The Bachelorette season 16 in 2020 and left the series engaged to Tayshia Adams. The pair split the following year. Dating within the Bachelor Nation pool is nothing new, but fans thought Kaitlyn dating Zac was crossing a boundary since the women cohosted The Bachelorette season 18 together in 2021.
Kaitlyn faced accusations that she cheated on Jason after her night out with Zac, to which she quickly slammed on Instagram.
“You would think by now I’d be used to the hate. I’m not. Your words hurt,” she wrote on January 1, 2024. “Part of me feels a little sad and honestly embarrassed for you guys because this shouldn’t be how you spend day 1 of a new year. You should not be this invested in someone you don’t even know or respect.”
Zac and Kaitlyn were spotted at dinner together later that month and by June 2024, they attended a wedding together. In July 2024, Kaitlyn revealed that she was in a long-distance relationship with a man who lives in a different state.
That August, Kaitlyn seemingly referenced Tayshia while discussing the moment she reached out to her new Bachelor Nation lover’s ex.
“[I was] thinking it would be a situation where they’d go, ‘I mean, I don’t love it, but I’m not going to say don’t.’ It was not,” Kaitlyn shared during an appearance on the “U Up?” podcast. “I [texted and] said, ‘Hey, [your ex] DMed me and we’ve been chatting. I know you’re really happy in a relationship, so I don’t actually know if this would bother you or not. I don’t know if it was worth giving you a phone call …’ It clearly seemed like a text thing to me. And yes, she called and was very upset.”
Zac and Kaitlyn have yet to address the status of their relationship. However, Kaitlyn publicly supported him after he trained for the 2024 New York City Marathon.
“You are one bright ass light,” she wrote in the comments section of his November 2024 post.
