“I don’t think anyone really ever regrets a workout unless they’re not doing their technique properly and they hurt themselves,” she continued. “Otherwise, you’re only going to feel great and alive and sweaty and your body is going to be thankful for it.”*Pauses to write that down for the next time going to the gym feels impossible.*

“It was a combination of so many things. I feel like I needed it for myself in the sense that holding myself to a perfect ideal every single day on social media, it would be so draining and tiring and not good for my mental health as someone who has been through an eating disorder,” she told Life & Style while promoting her new TELETIES x Iskra Lawrence hair tie collaboration on April 16.
