Her Jersey Shore fam has her back! Just last week, Jenni “JWoww” Farley revealed that her son Greyson was diagnosed with autism, and she received an outpouring of love and support from everyone, including her MTV co-stars. Life & Style exclusively caught up with Jenni’s Jersey Shore Family Vacation co-star Vinny Guadagnino at the North Shore Animal League’s Get Your Rescue On Gala at Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers in NYC over the weekend, and he shared an update on how Jenni has been dealing with this heartbreaking diagnosis.

“Well, you know what the thing is with Jenni. It’s like certain things. Obviously, Jenni has her life and she’s always fine, but certain things she keeps privately and certain things she doesn’t,” Vinny, 31, exclusively told Life & Style. “So uh, nothing changes to me. Like I know Jenni and I know her son and she has a beautiful family. It’s just people’s perception because now they find out about her personal life. So he’s the same to me.”

JWoww, 32, first opened up about her son’s struggle when she revealed that Greyson, 2, had not started speaking yet on Season 2 of JSFV. At first, it seemed like Greyson just had a speech delay but Jenni and her estranged husband, Roger Mathews, later found out that Greyson was having trouble learning to speak because he has nonverbal autism. But Uncle Vinny is positive that little Greyson will be just fine because he has an amazing mama.

“He’s young too, he’s still developing. Um, I don’t really know the specifics, but she’s always been like, she’s the best mom,” Vinny continued.
“She has like rooms in the house with all these cool things to stimulate him and she’s always taking them to all these appointments and treatments. So I don’t really. Again, I don’t know the specifics but she’s on it.”
