Jonathan Scott Shares the Sweetest Comment on GF Zooey Deschanel’s Instagram for Her 40th Birthday
Birthday love from bae! Actress Zooey Deschanel turned 40 on January 17, and as expected, her boyfriend made sure to make her feel special on social media. Property Brothers star Jonathan Scott took to the comments section on her birthday post to send her well wishes on her milestone day.
“May all but one of your candles blow out … and may all your birthday wishes come true!” the 41-year-old reality star commented, adding a smiley face emoji to the sweet sentiment.
His girlfriend posted a cute photo of herself in a yellow dress, with a big smile on and balloons all around her. “Today I am celebrating 40 years of being on this planet! Life is wonderful and I am so grateful for all the amazing people in mine,” she captioned the celebratory image. “Thank you for all the birthday wishes, my heart is full.”
Plus, Jonathan also made his own excited post for his lady love’s big day. “Happy Birthday to the beautiful human who brought joy [and] laughter back into my life,” he captioned a photo of Zooey in a pink dress holding a balloon, adding the red heart and confetti horn emojis to hammer home his point.
Though they’ve only been together officially since September, it’s clear these two have a really beautiful and blossoming connection. In fact, an insider told Life & Style exclusively that they’re planning on shacking up together shortly.
“He’s already moved some of his belongings into Zooey’s place [in L.A.], and they’re talking about buying a love nest and renovating it together,” the source dished, though they also clarified Zooey’s friends warned her not to “rush anything.” Though, it seems as though everyone is in agreement that the real estate mogul is a great fit for the starlet.
“She’s adamant that her feelings for Jonathan are genuine and says ‘when you know, you know,’” the insider continued. “When they met, there was immediate chemistry and they haven’t looked back since.”
